Gestalt Therapy Is…
An interactive and holistic psychotherapy that allows the total person to be the focus, recognising the unity of physical, psychological, emotional, interpersonal and spiritual experience. Gestalt is a creative and patient approach that is non-authoritarian and non-interpretive. Through skilful use of a variety of experiential methods and dialogue, new forms of behaviour are experimented with, feelings felt and released and thinking patterns brought to consciousness and updated. This makes way for a reorganisation of the self that allows us to live more fully.
Eriksonian Hypnotherapy Is..
A specific type of hypnosis which is hallmarked by the use of indirect suggestion, metaphor and storytelling.
BWRT® stands for BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®, a modern model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It uses a totally logical, practical and down-to-earth working method. It is not necessary for you to talk about anything you would rather not discuss – the practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead. BWRT® is unlike any other therapy you might have heard of or read about. It utilises the latest discoveries in neuroscience which when coupled with your own unique brain processes, can resolve most issues. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT. Issues that can be helped with BWRT are -stress & anxiety – performance anxiety – sport performance – habits – phobias and fears – psychosexual problems, eating disorders – confidence issues – procrastination – confidence & self worth – Generalised Anxiety Disorder – gambling – weight management – anger management – acceptance – grief.
