Brendan has over twenty years’ experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups. Brendan uses hypnotherapy with counselling to work with you to identify goals, reframe limiting beliefs, develop healthier behaviours, and sustain positive life changes. This includes working with people to change addictions, smoking cessation, trauma, phobias, unhelpful behaviours and thinking patterns, pain management, anxiety, stress, and other issues.

COST: $120.00 per session or 3 one-hour sessions for $250:00.
