Heidi is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, who is passionate about supporting people to live a life that is right for them. Her approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect—she’s there to walk alongside you, help make sense of the tough stuff, and figure things out together.
Heidi believes that each person is the author of their own story. Her role is to help you reconnect with your voice, explore your experiences with compassion, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
She’s worked with teenagers and adults going through grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, issues with substance use, challenges at school and with friends, parenting challenges, relationship ups and downs, and all kinds of other life struggles. Heidi brings a calm, caring, and down-to-earth approach to her work, creating a space where people feel safe to talk, reflect, and grow.
To support healing and growth, Heidi offers a range of evidence-based interventions tailored to each person’s unique needs, including:
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) – for processing trauma and distressing memories
- ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) – to foster psychological flexibility and values-based living
- CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) – for managing thoughts, emotions, and behaviours
- Narrative Therapy – to explore and reshape personal stories
- Interpersonal Therapy – to strengthen emotional wellbeing and relationship dynamics
Whether you’re seeking support through a difficult time, healing from past experiences, or looking to create meaningful change, Heidi provides a safe and supportive space to explore, grow, and move forward—on your terms.
