Nirupa Hoffman teaches Movement Intelligence with an emphasis on Nervous System Regulation and Somatic Experiencing. These classes are specifically designed to support Nervous System Regulation and the Healing of Trauma. All classes explore new options for movement, bringing greater awareness to the sensations of the inner landscape of the body.
